Project Coordinator (KnowBe4 Studios)
The Project Coordinator (KnowBe4 Studios) position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, within KnowBe4's Content Development Department. This creative team is responsible for developing training modules, videos, games, and documents offered to customers. The role involves supporting the department by assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating individual projects to ensure the production of high-quality training content.
Key responsibilities include performing ongoing administrative tasks, coordinating and tracking various aspects of multiple projects using a cloud-based project management environment, and scheduling internal and external meetings. The coordinator will also liaise with vendors and freelancers during content development, track vendor costs and project expenses, and regularly gather data on published content to analyze and present findings to team leadership.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, experience with Gmail and Google Docs, and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with being computer savvy and adept at creating spreadsheets and tables. The ability to quickly learn new applications, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks are also important. Experience with project management software is a plus but not required.
