PROJECT COORDINATOR-CO
Role Overview: The Project Coordinator supports the team by keeping projects organized, accurate, and moving forward. This role focuses on data entry, documentation control, and proactive customer follow-ups to prevent delays caused by missing information, approvals, or paperwork. It is a coordination and execution role, ideal for someone detail-driven, comfortable working in systems daily, and persistent about closing loops with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain accurate project data in internal systems
• Create and manage job folders, work orders, and documentation
• Follow up with customers for purchase orders, approvals, and missing information
• Track outstanding items and push them to resolution
• Support Project Managers with job tracking and status updates
• Ensure completed work is properly documented and ready for invoicing
• Assist with clean job closeout and handoff to accounting
What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume data entry
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
• Confident with customer follow-ups via email and phone
• Proficient in Excel, PDFs, and basic project/accounting systems
• Able to learn technical terminology related to transformers and electrical equipment
• Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred
• Construction, industrial, or electrical industry experience is a plus
