Program Development Director - Platform Services
The Program Development Director will lead the growth and development of self-service customer accounts within Awin's Platform Services Business Unit. This role is integral to scaling value across thousands of advertisers, ensuring consistent customer outcomes and predictable revenue at scale. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Platform Business Unit, the director will be a key member of the senior management team, bringing expertise in managing large accounts to enhance the unit's operations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance and growth of a client portfolio, leading the department by exemplifying Awin's values, and developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders such as Product, Finance, CRM, and Insights teams. The director will interpret performance data to drive strategies, implement a client partnership model, identify growth opportunities and risks, set departmental objectives aligned with company strategies, and ensure teams are structured to maximize revenue potential. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high team performance and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have over six years of professional experience in the digital space, with at least four years at a senior level within an affiliate network or agency. Direct experience working with large clients is essential, along with a proven track record in developing and delivering account management services in digital marketing. Strong leadership experience managing teams of 20 or more in an international and hybrid setup is required. A passion for servicing clients at scale, commercial orientation, strategic awareness, and strong analytical skills are also important. Preference is given to candidates with experience utilizing AI to drive effective customer outcomes at scale.
