Professional Services Consultant (Managed Services)
Gong is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join its rapidly expanding Managed Services team. This role focuses on partnering with customers post-onboarding to embed Gong's AI-driven revenue intelligence platform into their daily operations, ensuring sustained impact and value realization. The consultant will work closely with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue transformations for a diverse clientele.
Key responsibilities include leading discovery workshops to identify business requirements and revenue process challenges, designing tailored platform solutions that align with each customer's unique revenue operations, and delivering comprehensive presentations and documentation suitable for senior leadership. The consultant will also guide customers in defining key business outcomes, mapping effective revenue workflows, and connecting these workflows to Gong’s product capabilities to maximize adoption and impact. Additionally, the role involves consulting on change management and adoption strategies, managing engagements to scope and timeline, and contributing to the development of frameworks and playbooks that will shape the Managed Services practice.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a go-to-market organization or consulting environment, with hands-on expertise in areas such as forecasting, sales engagement platforms, pipeline management, or revenue operations. Strong cross-functional communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of collaborating across technical, commercial, and operational teams. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and possess the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A solid understanding of core revenue-generating activities and experience producing polished, enterprise-grade deliverables are also required.
