Product Technician

The Product Technician at Questel plays a pivotal role in the implementation and support of the Equinox Law Firm+ IP Management System. This position involves designing and configuring technical solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support. The role is integral to Questel's mission of providing comprehensive intellectual property solutions to a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert in Equinox Law Firm+, leading client workshops to gather and validate requirements, and performing quality assurance testing to ensure solution accuracy. The Product Technician will also provide proactive technical support, carry out system configurations, and contribute to internal initiatives and special projects.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A technically minded individual with experience in technology, gained through professional work or academic studies, is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL/MySQL, and familiarity with UML or similar diagramming tools are beneficial. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients are essential.
