Product Owner
Case IQ is seeking a Product Owner to manage the delivery backlog for our core products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, who oversee product strategy and roadmap outcomes, and Engineering teams responsible for solution design and execution. Your primary focus will be translating product goals into clear, actionable tasks to ensure the consistent delivery of customer value.
Key responsibilities include owning and continuously refining the team backlog to maximize delivered value within roadmap guidelines. You will translate product objectives and customer challenges into well-defined epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Leading backlog refinement sessions with Engineering, ensuring stories meet a shared Definition of Ready before sprint commitment, and making day-to-day requirements decisions to keep delivery on track are also essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar delivery-focused product role in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required. A working knowledge of analytics and telemetry concepts is also beneficial.
