Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative at Case IQ, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. Case IQ specializes in investigative case management and compliance software, assisting organizations in managing workplace incidents, ethics reporting, compliance, and security investigations. Our platform empowers companies to resolve issues efficiently, reduce risk, and foster transparent workplaces.
In this role, your primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying inbound leads from various channels such as demo requests, marketing campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, and content downloads. You will conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and collaborating closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance are also key aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in a business development, sales development, or customer-facing sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to quickly build rapport, and a high level of organization with attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator is advantageous. A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas will thrive in this role.
