Product Operations Specialist
The Product Operations Specialist at EarnIn will serve as the bridge between the Cash Out (EWA) product and customer care operations. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers to ensure a seamless customer experience from product launch through ongoing support. The position is based in Mountain View, requiring in-office work two days a week.
Key responsibilities include investigating and auditing support tickets to surface customer insights, conducting user research through interviews and surveys, and leading cross-functional product launch readiness. The specialist will also manage transactional communications, develop operational playbooks, and educate customer care agents on new product features. Additionally, the role involves leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and improve decision-making processes.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in product operations, customer experience operations, or a customer-facing role within consumer tech or fintech companies. A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree, or equivalent industry experience, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $106,650 to $130,350, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
