Product Manager - Virtual & Physical Appliances
Tanium is seeking a Product Manager for Virtual & Physical Appliances to join their dynamic Product Management team. This individual contributor role involves overseeing the development and success of Tanium's core platform products, including hosting, services, and appliances. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days per week, with locations in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; and Reston, VA.
In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product roadmap from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and adoption. Key responsibilities include documenting customer use cases, product requirements, and business justifications for new feature development, as well as supporting product marketing initiatives and partner relationships to accelerate product adoption and enhance Tanium's brand presence.
Ideal candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a SaaS solution, appliance, or equivalent product, with a proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define and deliver products. A BA/BS degree is required, with an MA preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities, and a willingness to engage with competitors creatively are essential. Experience with Linux environments and enterprise IT infrastructure is strongly preferred.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $210,000, complemented by equity awards and a comprehensive benefits package.
