Product Manager Senior
The Senior Product Manager will lead a multidisciplinary squad focused on the end-to-end journey of Monitoring products, enhancing both web and API channels to improve customer experience. This role is integral to Serasa Experian, Brazil's leading data technology company, which specializes in intelligent solutions for risk analysis, credit journeys, authentication, and fraud prevention.
Key responsibilities include translating product strategy into a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives and user needs, collaborating with departments such as Marketing, CRM, Growth, Technology, Design, and Partners to deliver value-driven outcomes. The role also involves leading agile ceremonies, monitoring business and product metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities, and spearheading Go-To-Market initiatives, including CRM strategies, performance analysis, and communication plans.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles within agile teams, with a strong understanding of product discovery, refinement, delivery, and rollout planning. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence) is essential, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prior experience with financial products, particularly credit products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments are also required.
