Product Manager (Reconciliation)
As a Product Manager in the Reconciliation team at Bitso, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the company's operations. This role involves managing products that reconcile both fiat and cryptocurrency assets, ensuring every transaction is accurately accounted for. You will play a pivotal role in building a universal ledger platform that enables Bitso to scale securely across international markets.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Senior Product Manager by defining product specifications and removing obstacles to maintain a fast-paced execution. You will act as the primary liaison between Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. Additionally, you will identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that lead to automated and scalable reconciliation systems.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in Product Management, preferably within platform, payments, or treasury domains, with a proven track record of successfully launching features from conception to deployment. A deep understanding of transaction lifecycles and the importance of precise ledger reconciliation is essential. Strong skills in gathering requirements, defining functionalities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also required.
