Product Manager Pleno
The Product Manager Pleno will lead the Targeting Squad within the Marketing Services Activation tribe at Serasa Experian, the largest Datatech company in Brazil. This role focuses on transforming data assets into scalable, activatable, and monetizable audience products that provide competitive advantages for marketing clients.
Key responsibilities include defining the vision and strategy for the audience portfolio, evolving custom segmentations into standardized products, and establishing quality and performance criteria for each segment. The Product Manager will collaborate with the Signals Squad to convert models and scores into activatable offers, create commercial packaging with Go-To-Market and Product Marketing teams, and identify opportunities for automation and self-service.
Candidates should have prior experience with Martech, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of data governance and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) is essential. The role requires the ability to engage with data and modeling teams and proficiency in media platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
