Product Manager

Mitratech is seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to support the evolution of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within the HR Solutions division. This role involves working closely with two scrum teams to drive the full product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration. The Product Manager will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams, ensuring that complex needs are translated into actionable outcomes that deliver customer value and business impact.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple scrum teams, translating product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog to align with roadmap goals. The role also involves removing delivery roadblocks, conducting customer and market research to inform product direction, defining success metrics, and leading sprint ceremonies to ensure high-quality execution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3–5 years in product management or a related role within B2B SaaS. They should demonstrate a proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases, write clear product requirements, and work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience applying AI tools to generate customer insights or improve product decisions is desirable, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and comfort working in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.
