As a Product Manager for Fraud and Identity at Experian, you will oversee the full lifecycle of one or more products and propositions within the EMEA region. This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and planning, followed by development, post-release management, and eventual sunset phases. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams, including Global Product and Marketing, Regional Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance, and Software Development, to ensure the successful delivery of identity verification, KYC/B, and authentication solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying specific market opportunities, such as client segments, vertical markets, or geographic regions, and conducting thorough research to gather and document market requirements. You will work with key stakeholders, including market product leads, delivery teams, and sales, to define solutions enabled by Experian's products, data, and analytic capabilities. Additionally, you will guide go-to-market activities, including delivery, pricing, and marketing, to successfully launch new solutions. Collaborating with global product managers, you will ensure that market requirements are fully understood and represented in product backlogs.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of software product management experience, with practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for new or updated products or propositions is essential. You should also have a strong background in constructing business cases for new product plans and a deep understanding of how to build and promote the value of those propositions to various target markets and clients. Excellent written and verbal English skills are required, along with experience in communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, including senior leadership.
