Product Manager Expert
Experian is seeking a Product Manager Expert to join our Product Management team. This role involves collaborating with Product Managers to guide the vision, roadmap, and backlog, and working closely with end-users and partners, including Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, to understand business and technical needs. The position reports to the VP of Product, Clarity.
Key responsibilities include consolidating business and technical requirements into project-based epics and stories, defining attribute logic, score requirements, segmentation, cutoffs, and success metrics in partnership with Product Managers and Analytics. The role oversees the full development lifecycle, from requirements and solution design to build, validation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration. Additionally, the Product Manager Expert is responsible for building testing and rollout plans, ensuring governance readiness, establishing monitoring for solution/platform stability, guiding agile execution, and evaluating sales and client support questions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager and 2 years as a Product Owner delivering data/analytics or decisioning products into production. Essential skills include defining vision, building roadmaps, managing backlogs, writing clear epics/stories and acceptance criteria, and hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and the ability to keep teams aligned and unblocked.
