Product Manager (Accounts Management)
Bitso is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our operations systems, focusing on the development of customer account management. This role is integral to our Guardians fleet, specifically within the Accounts Management squad, and is pivotal in supporting Bitso's rapid growth as a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America.
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the customer's account domain, providing guidance, defining the product vision and roadmap for Bitso's central systems, and overseeing the integration and strategy for Authentication and Identity Management. This includes ensuring the technical feasibility and user-centricity of our solutions, conducting internal discovery and user testing, and aligning team goals with business strategy using the OKR model.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Product Manager to drive high-impact results, demonstrated expertise with Authentication and Identity Management Systems, AI tooling and capabilities, and critical and highly available systems. A strong background in building data-driven solutions, familiarity with Software Architecture Design, and experience in stakeholder management are also essential. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is required.
