Experian is seeking a strategic and experienced Product Designer to join our Longtail team, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises and indirect channels within our transactional anti-fraud platform. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to develop robust solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include understanding product strategy and user needs to create consistent solutions, actively participating in all stages of product development from discovery to delivery, and creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in partnership with squads and business areas. The designer will work closely with Product Managers and developers to influence the user experience from conception to execution, collaborate with data, marketing, and business teams to ensure user-centered design across the organization, and conduct co-creation sessions, workshops, A/B tests, and experiments focused on continuous evolution. Additionally, the role involves proposing improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation, contributing to strategic product decisions with a critical eye on usability and performance, translating user research into real opportunities for product improvement, serving as a reference for the team to elevate design quality and strengthen a user-centered culture, co-creating and evolving UX processes and Design Systems to promote scalable deliveries, and preparing and presenting structured communications to showcase progress, learnings, and explored paths.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Designer with a background in digital products, familiarity with B2B products, client onboarding, and complex solutions, experience in web/mobile interface design, prototyping, information architecture, and UX/UI best practices, proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Amplitude, Dovetail, or similar, experience with user research, hypothesis validation, data analysis, and decision-making based on metrics, interest or experience in artificial intelligence and automation applied to products, strong communication, organization, and proactivity in agile and collaborative environments, a critical and analytical mindset with empathy to understand various user and business contexts, a data-driven profile with experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing product metrics to support decisions and propose continuous improvements, and the ability to influence and inspire fellow designers, promoting a learning and continuous improvement environment.
