Product Compliance Manager, Bitcoin & Digital Assets

As a Product Compliance Manager at Block, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our Bitcoin and Digital Assets products adhere to regulatory standards while fostering innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into the product development lifecycle, aligning with Block's mission to build a financial system open to everyone.

In this role, you will conduct compliance assessments, design scalable risk-based controls, and translate legal requirements into operational guidance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying control gaps, supporting remediation plans, maintaining documentation such as risk assessments and control inventories, and staying current on regulatory changes affecting digital asset products.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in compliance, risk, or product-adjacent roles within fintech, financial services, or regulatory environments. A strong understanding of regulations such as AML/BSA, sanctions, consumer protection laws, and familiarity with frameworks like PCI and NACHA is essential. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence across teams and levels are also required.
