Business Development Manager
Square is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the sourcing and recruitment of independent sales consultants across France. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, the role aims to recruit 20 to 30 consultants per month, ensuring both quality and efficiency. Additionally, the manager will develop creative sourcing strategies, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and collaborate with regional sales managers and team leaders to align recruitment efforts with regional growth plans.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments, with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting independent sales professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies. Experience in the French market and familiarity with its recruitment dynamics are highly desirable.
