About the role

We’re expanding access to affordable credit and we’re doing it by launching new credit products that genuinely move the needle. We launch products at rapid speed, often working with other leading fintechs and consumer / ecommerce companies to offer affordable credit at the right point in customer journey. We operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where products must work end to end from day one—not just technically, but operationally for customers.

As a Product Associate, you will play a critical role in making sure our products are launch-ready and operable at scale. While you’ll work closely with Product Managers on discovery and delivery, a large part of your impact will come from supporting Operations teams - ensuring customer support, collections, and complaints teams can effectively support customers from day one.
