Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Product Optimization Lead who thrives at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and growth experimentation. You will own end-to-end insights generation across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention — to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Your work will directly shape product strategy, influence prioritization, and power a robust experimentation pipeline that improves our product funnel at scale.

You will partner cross-functionally across data science, product and credit risk teams to optimize conversion offer presentation and profitability.

This is an in-office position based in our office in Hudson Yards, NYC area.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth, funnel optimization, or credit risk.

- Demonstrated expertise in experimentation and CRO (conversion rate optimization), including A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and customer segmentation.
