Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives for the compliance function, leveraging AI to establish the internal compliance and operational risk testing program and managing the company’s compliance reporting functions;

- Collaborate on initial diligence, ongoing oversight, and periodic testing efforts in relation to third party vendors and merchants;

- Perform internal compliance reviews of merchant-facing and consumer-facing communications and collateral;

- Collaborate on the resolution of escalated inquiries and complaints from customers and regulators;

- Coordinate accurate and timely responses to inquiries from ClarityPay’s regulators and program lenders;

- Work across the organization to develop and improve key processes and procedures;

- Recognize and properly escalate significant matters; and

- Support or own other compliance projects as determined by the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in financial services;

- Experience working directly with banks and other financial institutions;

- In-depth familiarity with consumer financial services matters generally;

- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; and
