Procurement Specialist - Supplier Services
Fictiv, a leading digital manufacturing ecosystem, is seeking a Procurement Specialist – Supplier Services to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and optimization of supplier order flows across domestic and international supply chains.
In this position, the Procurement Specialist will oversee the full order lifecycle, from placement through delivery, ensuring accurate processing within defined service levels. They will serve as the primary point of contact among suppliers, Customer Service, and warehouse operations, proactively communicating about disruptions and resolving issues such as delays, short shipments, and incorrect materials. Additionally, the role involves tracking and driving performance against key operational KPIs, analyzing trends to identify root causes, and contributing to automation and workflow improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or order management in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to operate with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is also crucial.
