Candidates must possess a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years in technical program management, product management, or related roles within a software engineering environment is required. Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams and systems is essential. Additionally, familiarity with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and system design at scale is necessary.

The anticipated base salary for this remote position ranges from $187,900 to $260,000 annually, depending on geographic location and individual qualifications.
