Principal Product Manager, AI Cameras & Video Safety

Motive is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Cameras & Video Safety to lead the development of AI-powered camera products within their Vision & Safety product line. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer safety through innovative hardware and software solutions.

The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for connected camera products, including the AI Dashcam+ and AI Omnicam. Key duties include driving new product introductions, making critical trade-offs in product development, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches.

Candidates should have over 7 years of product management experience, particularly in shipping camera, video, or computer-vision products. A strong technical background in camera and edge-compute systems, as well as experience with IoT products, is essential. Familiarity with automotive and telematics protocols is also beneficial.

The compensation for this role ranges from $220,000 to $280,000 annually. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental and optical care, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
