Principal Channel Account Manager
As a Principal Channel Account Manager at Veracode, you will play a pivotal role in driving channel partner relationships and sales within your assigned region. Veracode is a global leader in Application Risk Management for the AI era, providing solutions that help organizations build and maintain secure software from code creation to cloud deployment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with partners to understand their business needs, aligning them with Veracode's cybersecurity solutions, and driving partner engagement through regular communication, training programs, and joint marketing activities. Additionally, you will work closely with channel partners to develop sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets, provide sales enablement support, and track partner performance metrics to ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of successful channel sales or partner management experience, particularly within enterprise software application organizations. A proven track record of selling products and services to C-level and senior management customers is essential. Experience in selling security solutions, especially within the application security industry, is highly preferred. The role requires the ability to travel approximately 50-60% of the time.
