As a Principal Account Executive at Veracode, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle within your assigned geographic territory. Veracode is a global leader in Application Risk Management, providing cutting-edge solutions to help organizations build and maintain secure software from code creation to cloud deployment.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic territory plans to attract and close business, leveraging cross-functional relationships with business development, marketing, regional partners, and system integrators. Your day-to-day activities will include outbound prospecting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts, accurately forecasting sales cycles, and engaging with upper management to navigate complex sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling technical B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential. Familiarity with Force Management and MEDPICC deal qualification methodologies is preferred. Strong business acumen, the ability to map and navigate complex relationships, and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role. Willingness to travel is also required.
