The role involves conducting in-depth analyses to gain deeper business insights, partnering with Finance on compensation design, and administering revenue forecasting and analysis. Additionally, the consultant maintains data integrity within the CRM system and develops metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification and possesses consultancy or functional experience within Experian, the credit industry, or a similar field. Experience in coaching individuals and small teams is also essential.
