Pre-Litigation Manager

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, with over 10 years in personal injury law focusing on pre-litigation, including leadership responsibilities beyond managing an individual caseload. Proficiency with Filevine is required for effective tracking of performance, reporting, and managing case workflows. Proven experience in managing and mentoring senior staff, with the ability to confidently address performance issues and hold team members accountable, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strategic insight to identify bottlenecks, design and implement effective solutions, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
