Practice Support Coordinator - German Desk - Warsaw Hub

The Practice Support Coordinator at Clifford Chance's Warsaw Hub provides professional administrative support to lawyers in the German offices, ensuring clients receive services in line with the firm's policies. This role involves collaborating with practice group members, secretarial colleagues from Germany, and teams in India to deliver high-quality support.

Key responsibilities include managing diaries by organizing meetings, coordinating requirements such as room bookings and catering, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements. The coordinator also organizes events in collaboration with the Events team, monitors court deadlines, prepares standardized submissions in legal proceedings, and manages document processing from editing to proofreading. Additionally, the role involves supporting billing and collection tasks, providing financial management support from inception through to billing, and assisting with time sheet entries.

Candidates should be fluent in German and English, with at least three years of experience, preferably in a multinational organization as a legal secretary, executive assistant, or personal secretary to senior management. The role requires the ability to work in a virtual environment, proficiency in the MS Office suite, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and a keen attention to detail. Occasional travel to Frankfurt, Germany, may be required.
