Power BI Specialist/Trainer
Benesch is seeking a Power BI Specialist/Trainer to join its Corporate Innovation team. This role focuses on transforming complex data into meaningful insights and empowering team members through training. The position offers flexibility, allowing for fully remote work or a hybrid schedule based in one of Benesch's offices.
The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI applications, interactive dashboards, and reports. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into intuitive data solutions. Additionally, the role involves building and optimizing robust data models to ensure performance, accuracy, and usability. Supporting project teams in tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics through reporting tools is also a key aspect of the job.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with over five years of hands-on Power BI development experience. Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language is required, as well as strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling best practices. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide users at varying skill levels.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually.
