PMO Summer Intern

Veracode is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategy PMO Summer Intern to support the execution of key strategic initiatives and product launches. This role is part of the Strategy & Operations/PMO function, offering hands-on exposure to cross-functional program management, executive communication, and operational process development in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and an interest in program management, capable of bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving workstreams.

Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of Tier 1–3 product launches in partnership with the Program Lead, coordinating launch meetings and working sessions, tracking milestones and deliverables, and partnering with Marketing to maintain and refresh monthly communications for customer-facing teams. Additionally, the intern will maintain tracking across key strategic programs, support the development of executive-ready updates, document critical workflows and operating processes, and maintain the PMO Verahub page as a central source of truth.

Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) are required. An interest in strategy, operations, or program management is also essential.

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting complex product launches and strategic initiatives, exposure to executive-level communication and decision-making processes, and the opportunity to build foundational program management and operational skills. Interns will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, GTM, and Operations teams, making a tangible impact on improving how work is executed at scale.
