Performance Marketing Manager (Mensch)
As a Performance Marketing Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for managing performance media campaigns for our clients. This role involves overseeing online marketing projects focused on effective paid media buying across search, display, and video channels. Additionally, you will coordinate comprehensive website optimization efforts to enhance overall performance.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing online marketing projects within the performance sector, emphasizing efficient paid media procurement through search, display, and video platforms. You will also coordinate holistic website optimization initiatives, prepare and manage projects and campaigns by independently creating analyses, media plans, and optimization concepts, and set up and manage Google Ads accounts across all online media disciplines.
The ideal candidate will possess a commercial or advertising-related education or a university degree, along with initial experience in performance marketing. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, coupled with creativity and the ability to translate complex data into clear action plans, are highly valued. Good English language skills in both written and spoken form are required.
