People Transformation & Enablement Intern
The People Transformation & Enablement Intern at OneTrust will support large-scale People transformation initiatives with company-wide impact. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive projects across program management, change management, enablement, and internal communications. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic People initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting People technology and AI initiatives, such as AI-powered People experiences and new platforms and tools. The intern will assist in designing and maintaining training programs, building and organizing content using platforms like SharePoint and Articulate, and contributing to interactive learning experiences. Additionally, the role involves creating short internal videos and visual assets, drafting and adapting messages for various audiences, and coordinating multiple initiatives to ensure timely execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated generalist with strong written and visual communication skills, comfortable working across content, coordination, and execution. Preferred backgrounds include Business, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or Marketing. Key traits include curiosity, proactivity, and an execution-focused mindset. Proficiency with tools like Docs, Slides, SharePoint, and familiarity with Articulate, video tools, or design tools is advantageous. No previous HR experience is required.
This hybrid role is based in Madrid, Spain, with an expectation of three days a week in the office.
