Digital CX Developer
The Digital CX Developer at OneTrust is a hands-on role focused on implementing, customizing, and optimizing features across the company's customer portal and community platform. The developer will develop, test, and document solutions using both declarative and coded functionality, and maintain existing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Additionally, the role involves overseeing the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform, evaluating development techniques based on business requirements, and participating in training team members in technical best practices.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development, configuration, testing, and deployment. A minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications is required. In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce are essential. A valid Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is mandatory, along with familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and JSON.
