The Partner Success & Market Development Manager – Senior Living at Savoy Life is a pivotal role focused on enhancing relationships with senior living communities and expanding the company's presence in the healthcare sector. This position is based in Spokane, WA, or Coeur D’Alene, ID, and reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies to meet and exceed targets with senior living communities. The role involves identifying and securing new customers through various prospecting techniques, such as cold calling and in-person visits. Additionally, the manager will build and maintain a strong brand presence by attending and hosting local events, ensuring smooth transitions from contracting to the launch of new senior living facilities, and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM platform.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in healthcare, particularly in customer success and sales growth, with a background in senior living facilities and the geriatric space. A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, exceeding sales targets, and a purpose-driven attitude are essential. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of building structure while adapting to evolving processes, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Savoy Life offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and skills.
