Partner Sales Engineer
The Partner Sales Engineer at Chainguard is a pivotal role focused on enabling and scaling the company's partner ecosystem. This position involves building technical champions, developing integrations, and accelerating partner-led adoption of Chainguard's secure software supply chain solutions. The role is remote, based in India, with travel requirements up to 50%.
Key responsibilities include enabling technical teams across cloud providers, VARs/SIs, and technology partners through workshops, training programs, and hands-on labs. The Partner Sales Engineer will develop reusable partner assets such as reference architectures, demos, and solution playbooks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with partners and internal teams to design secure cloud-native architectures, co-creating partner-led services, and supporting strategic partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering. Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes, and familiarity with DevSecOps or cloud security are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 50% are also required.
