Partner Project Manager
FeverUp is seeking a Partner Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris, France. In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional events and projects that align with our mission.
The Partner Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with FeverUp's expertise and goals. You will oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance—to ensure timely and seamless execution while tracking actions and progress. Additionally, you will monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to support continuous growth, regularly preparing reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification with a project management background and at least 3 years of experience in project management or consulting. Fluency in English and French is required; additional language proficiency is a plus. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building positive working relationships. An analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively, is essential. A proactive, curious mindset, eager to explore new ideas and exceed expectations, along with a collaborative team player attitude, ready to take ownership and support others as needed, is highly valued.
