In this role, the Partner Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing partner operations workflows, including onboarding, reporting, payments, and ongoing support. The position requires close collaboration with Account Management to ensure partner health, retention, and expansion, as well as coordination with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Legal to address technical issues and launch initiatives. Maintaining accurate partner documentation and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency through process optimization and automation are also key aspects of the role.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, partner operations, program management, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools for data organization, analysis, and reporting is essential. The role demands the ability to manage multiple workflows or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated capacity to own processes end-to-end and manage recurring reporting tied to financial or performance outcomes.
