Part-time Partner Success Manager | Spain (all genders)
As a Part-time Partner Success Manager at Lucanet, you will be instrumental in activating, enabling, and expanding our partner network across Spain. This role involves collaborating with consulting and solution partners to align on goals, develop joint success plans, and address any challenges that arise. Lucanet is a leading CFO Solution Platform, offering an integrated suite of solutions to simplify and automate critical finance processes for over 6,000 companies worldwide.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire partner lifecycle—from onboarding and certification to scaling partners for ongoing success. You will lead executive briefings and quarterly business reviews with partner leadership, deliver training sessions and workshops, and develop playbooks and certification paths. Additionally, you will co-create joint success plans with measurable KPIs, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and influence product priorities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or Professional Services, engaging with B2B clients at the C-level. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead training sessions and discussions with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, PRM/Partner Portals, and Learning Management Systems is required. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
