Paralegal - Litigation
xAI is seeking a Paralegal to support its in-house legal department across various areas, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. The company operates with a flat organizational structure, emphasizing hands-on contributions and direct involvement in its mission. In this role, the Paralegal will manage legal billing and vendor invoicing, assist in drafting legal documents such as briefs, contracts, and agreements, and handle data and document collections, including e-discovery services. Additionally, the Paralegal will develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools to enhance efficiency. Flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks within the legal department are essential.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience with Google Vault and Relativity. A strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks independently are required. A proactive mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an interest in emerging technologies like AI are also important. Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 USD.
