Paralegal

The Paralegal, Employment and Compliance role at LA28 is a key position within the legal team, focusing on managing operational contracts and ensuring compliance with various legal requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful planning and execution of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities include tracking and maintaining business entity documents related to state registration, charitable status, and tax; creating and maintaining compliance tracking systems and training materials; drafting and reviewing operational contracts for services and products; and serving as a liaison between department heads and the legal team to identify and address specialized contractual needs.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a large law firm or corporate in-house legal department. Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience with contract management systems are highly preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $80,000. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.
