Join the dynamic social team at WPP Media as a Paid Social Specialist, where you will engage in social media advertising campaigns for some of Sweden's and the world's leading brands. Utilizing market-leading technology and working closely with various platforms, you will have the opportunity to explore innovative creative formats and advertising solutions. This position is a parental leave cover, and we are open to shaping the role around your experience, offering either a senior position with wider responsibilities or a mid-level role with a more focused scope.

In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will aid in formulating strategies and provide recommendations for social media advertising, encompassing platform selection, budgeting, KPIs, target audience, content format, frequency, testing, and creative input. Additionally, you will monitor, track, optimize, and report on campaign performance in line with client KPIs, and present campaign results in client and agency meetings, periodically assisting in creating new business presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in digital media buying, preferably within a media agency or in-house at an advertiser. A good understanding of Meta Ads Manager is essential, and knowledge of at least one more social platform such as TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or Pinterest is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, is required. A university degree or relevant vocational education in digital marketing is desirable. Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills, is necessary. The candidate should be analytical, curious, and motivated to enhance performance outcomes, detail-oriented, organized, capable of independent work, and a team player with a knack for building strong client relationships.
