Paid Social Consultant(e) (Luxury Client Team) - (F/H) - CDI
WPP Media is seeking a Paid Social Consultant to join its Luxury Client Team in Paris, France. This role involves collaborating with a team of 22 professionals, including 15 dedicated to social media, to manage and enhance the digital performance of prestigious luxury brands. The consultant will act as a central hub between the client's headquarters and local agencies, ensuring cohesive and effective paid social media strategies.
Key responsibilities include coordinating social media efforts for a major jewelry house by overseeing governance and collaboration with local EssenceMediacom agencies across various countries. The consultant will define and implement a global paid social media strategy, provide support and guidelines to local agencies, and manage the activation and optimization of paid social media campaigns for other brands within the group. Additionally, the role entails serving as the primary contact for clients, translating their marketing objectives into effective social media strategies, presenting campaign results, and offering strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in paid social media, either in an agency or client-side role, including internships or apprenticeships. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous. Technical skills required include proficiency with Meta Ads and ideally other platforms such as Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. Familiarity with Excel, Looker Studio, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and spoken English, effective communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts, are crucial. The candidate should also demonstrate organizational abilities, teamwork, analytical skills, autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to share knowledge.
