Order Processing Analyst
The Order Processing Analyst at AlphaSense plays a crucial role within the Order Processing Team, responsible for managing sales contract processing and provisioning to meet the company's financial and legal requirements. This position involves validating opportunity and contract information, processing deals, and activating user access. The team thrives in a dynamic environment, emphasizing support and adaptability.
Key responsibilities include processing new and renewal orders, validating opportunity and contact information, and resolving any discrepancies. The analyst will activate client access, confirm opportunities for further processing such as invoicing, and support various departmental projects. Additionally, the role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining transparent communication in the CRM system, and suggesting process and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with experience supporting customers through email, chat, or phone calls. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The candidate should possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus, as is experience in a rapidly growing business environment.
