Offline Media Planner
WPP Media is seeking an Offline Media Planner to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As part of WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, we connect brands with their target audiences through offline channels such as TV, radio, press, outdoor, and cinema. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative media solutions for our clients.
The Offline Media Planner will be responsible for aligning available offline media solutions in the Portuguese market with client briefs, negotiating brand presence across offline channels, and planning and purchasing offline media campaigns. Additional duties include managing the delivery of advertising materials, monitoring campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators are met, preparing reports highlighting campaign successes and challenges, and staying updated on media trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
Candidates should have prior experience or knowledge of offline media planning tools and the Portuguese advertising market, along with an understanding of marketing concepts and the local media landscape. A bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising, Communication, or Management/Economics is preferred. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
