Arevon is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations and enhance the employee experience at our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This role is integral to maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace, ensuring that office processes run smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and onsite events, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Responsibilities also encompass keeping common areas tidy, serving as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors and managing deliveries, and partnering with building management and vendors to support office facilities and maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role supporting fast-paced office operations. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
