Manager, EPC Contracts
The Manager, EPC Contracts at Arevon is a pivotal role within the Project Execution team, responsible for overseeing commercial contracting for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This position involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, from RFP and negotiation strategy through execution, change management, and closeout. Key responsibilities include independently leading complex commercial negotiations for various agreements essential to the development, construction, and operation of PV and energy storage projects. This encompasses drafting and negotiating contract terms to align with Arevon's risk profile and commercial objectives, as well as owning contract strategies and negotiation plans for assigned procurements. The role also involves leading internal alignment and securing necessary approvals by collaborating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing the contract lifecycle in the construction or renewables sector. Proficiency in contract redlining and version control using Microsoft Word's "Track Changes" and document comparison software is essential. Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills are also required, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
