National Litigation & Claims Management Attorney
Wilson Elser, a prominent defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices nationwide, is seeking a National Litigation & Claims Management Attorney for its Denver office. This role offers flexibility with in-person, remote, or hybrid working arrangements, and involves representing a large national logistics services provider.
The attorney will independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conduct thorough investigations, and proactively identify discovery issues unique to each case. Responsibilities include developing strategic discovery responses aligned with national litigation strategies, continuously monitoring and improving discovery processes, managing a national claims program, and collaborating closely with attorneys, partners, and clients to develop case strategies and discovery plans.
Candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in at least one state, and have over five years of litigation experience with strong discovery expertise. Preferred qualifications include experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs, a background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues. The role requires the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment, strong client counseling and relationship management skills, excellent analytical and organizational abilities, and advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.
The position offers a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 USD, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
