Middle Client Delivery Manager
GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Client Delivery Manager to lead the seamless integration of strategic B2B clients into our ecosystem. This role is pivotal in scaling our global presence by managing a technical delivery team that transforms complex onboarding processes into a competitive advantage.
The Middle Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for implementing scalable delivery processes in close collaboration with the Global Delivery team. Key duties include optimizing systems, tools, and workflows to enhance client satisfaction, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership for platform innovation and business expansion. Additionally, the role involves orchestrating complex integration projects, ensuring cross-functional team alignment, and facilitating smooth transitions from sales to long-term maintenance phases.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in IT Client Delivery Management within B2B environments, with a strong understanding of the iGaming industry. Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian, along with fluency in English, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams of 10 or more, a solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Change Management, and Release Management, and hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies. Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is also essential.
